1Ask the recipient to open Telegram settings and confirm their public @username.
2Enter the username in checkout. The leading @ is optional.
3Wait for the avatar, username and green Verified state to appear.
4Compare the verified profile with the intended recipient before paying.

Telegram delivery cannot be moved to another account after it has been completed. Always verify the recipient first.

Premium is sent as an official Telegram gift for the selected duration.

The recipient receives the gift directly inside Telegram.
We never ask for the recipient's password, SMS code or two-step verification password.
Delivery starts automatically after the payment is confirmed.

If Telegram marks an account as ineligible for the selected gift, checkout will stop before payment whenever the provider returns that information.

Stars are added directly to the verified recipient's Telegram balance.

Choose a preset amount or enter a custom amount within the displayed limits.
The recipient must be the same verified account shown during checkout.
The recipient can check their Stars balance from Telegram settings or the Stars section.

PaidPayment is confirmed and automated delivery is starting.

ProcessingThe Telegram gift or top-up is being submitted.

DeliveredThe product was sent to the verified recipient.

Use your order ID on Order Status. The page updates as delivery progresses.

1Fully close and reopen Telegram on the recipient's device.
2Confirm you are checking the same username shown as verified during checkout.
3Check Telegram on another device or Telegram Desktop.
4If it is still missing, contact support with the order ID and recipient username.

Send the order ID and recipient username. Never send a Telegram password or login code.
