Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to deliver your order and support you afterwards. We don't sell your data, and the site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

What we collect

  • Order details: what you bought, the amount, your order ID and payment status.
  • Contact details: the Discord or Telegram username you give us, and your email if you add one — so we can reach you about the order.
  • What a product needs: for example a server invite link, a recipient @username, or — for subscriptions applied to your own account — the login details you enter.
  • What we deliver: logins, tokens or gift links we deliver to you are stored so your private order page can show them.
  • Reviews: if you leave a review, its text, rating and the name you choose are published on our reviews page. Your order ID is never published.
  • Stock alerts: if you ask our Telegram bot to notify you, we store your Telegram chat ID and the product until we've messaged you.

How we use it

Only to deliver your order, confirm your payment, answer support questions, honour the warranty and prevent fraud. Login details for subscriptions are used solely to activate your order — we recommend changing your password afterwards.

Payments

Payments are handled by OxaPay (crypto) and Cash App. We never see your card or bank details. To confirm Cash App payments automatically, we match the payment note and amount from Cash App's payment notification.

Analytics & cookies

We count visits and checkouts with our own privacy-friendly analytics: no cookies, no advertising IDs, and no stored IP addresses. Visitors are counted with an anonymous code that changes every day, so we can't follow anyone across days.

Your browser's local storage remembers a few conveniences on your own device — your contact username, your recent orders and whether you've already been asked for a review. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.

Who processes data

We share data only with the services needed to run the shop:

  • Cloudflare — hosting protection and content delivery.
  • OxaPay and Cash App — payments.
  • Resend — order confirmation emails.
  • Discord and Telegram — support conversations and notifications you opt into.
  • Google Fonts and cdnjs — fonts and icons, which your browser loads directly from them.

We don't sell or rent personal data, and we don't share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Delivery pages that show logins or gift links expire after a limited time. Order records are kept as long as needed for support, warranty and fraud prevention, and to meet legal obligations. Server backups are kept for up to 14 days.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Message support or email [email protected] with your order ID. To stop Telegram stock alerts, send /stop to our bot.

Age

Our products are for people old enough to use the platforms they're for (for example, 13+ for Discord and Telegram). If you're under 18, please get a parent's or guardian's permission before buying.

Changes

We may update this policy as the shop changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
