When you get a refund
- We couldn't deliver. The product ran out, delivery failed on our side, or we cancelled your order — you get a full refund.
- Only part was delivered. For example, some boosts didn't go through and can't be completed — you're refunded for the part you didn't receive, or we complete it if you prefer.
- You paid twice or paid too much. We refund the extra amount.
If you'd rather keep the money with us, we can add it as store credit instead.
When we replace instead
If a delivered product stops working inside its warranty, the fix is a replacement rather than a refund — that's usually the fastest way to get you going again. If we can't replace it (for example, the product is out of stock for a long time), we refund the unused part instead.
See the warranty for each product in our Terms of Service.
What isn't refundable
Because these are digital goods that are used the moment they arrive, we can't refund:
- Orders that were delivered and work as described — including a change of mind afterwards.
- Orders affected by an unmet requirement on your side — a wrong @username, an expired or limited invite, anti-raid or Apply to Join left on, an ineligible account, or account details changed before the 48-hour mark.
- Spotify Premium and YouTube Premium after delivery — these products have no warranty.
Even in these cases, message us — we'll always look at what we can do.
How refunds are paid
- Crypto: sent to a wallet address you give us, for the US dollar amount you paid. Network fees for the refund transfer may be deducted.
- Cash App: returned to the Cash App account that paid.
- Manual invoices (PayPal and others): returned through the same method where possible.
Approved refunds are usually sent within 48 hours.
How to ask for a refund
Message support with your order ID and a short description of the problem — screenshots help. Please reach out within 14 days of your order (or inside the warranty for warranty issues).
Fastest on Telegram or Discord; you can also email [email protected].
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your payment provider — we resolve almost everything within hours. A chargeback on a delivered order may lead to that order being revoked and future orders being refused.
